About the Law Office

The Law Office of Rachel B. Spiker, PLLC specializes in transactional real estate, estate planning, and business organizations. My goal is to provide each client with personal , individualized legal assistance. My caseload is limited so that I may provide each client with the best service possible. Rachel B. Spiker

Rachel B. Spiker was born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She attended Shepherd College, graduating summa cum laude in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History. She graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2004. After law school , she returned to her hometown, and since then, has accumulated over 10 years of experience in real estate law, estate law, and business organizations law. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys volunteering with various animal rescues and working on improving animal welfare.
