The Law Office of Rachel B. Spiker, PLLC specializes in transactional real estate, estate planning, and business organizations. My goal is to provide each client with personal, individualized legal assistance. From beginning to end, every facet of your legal matter will be handled directly by an attorney, whether it's buying your first home or drafting your will.
Rachel B. Spiker Hessenauer
Rachel B. Spiker Hessenauer was born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She attended Shepherd College, graduating summa cum laude in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2004. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2004 and the West Virginia Bar in 2005.
After law school, she returned to her hometown, and since then, has accumulated over 20 years of experience in real estate law, estate planning, and business organizations law. She is a member of the West Virginia Bar Real Estate Committee and the Eastern Panhandle Bar Association. She has provided informational seminars on estate planning for the VFW, the WVU Farm Extension program, and the USDA. In addition to private practice, Rachel has served as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Charles Town, West Virginia, since 2018.
Outside of the office, Rachel volunteers with local animal rescues, working to improve animal welfare. She’s discovered a passion for photographing adoptable dogs, in the hopes of helping them find loving families.
